Customer Care/Call Center - Customer Care Specialist - Inbound -
InterBC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer
Care/Call Center in Helena, MT 59602 Job Title: Customer Care/Call
Center Location: Helena, MT 59602 Contract duration: 04 Months Pay
Range: $15/Hr to $16/hr on W2 Please note that actual compensation
may vary within this range due to factors such as location,
experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass
additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time
off, per diem, etc.). Start Date: 10/30/2024 Please note this is
the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send
official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Schedule: 40 hours
per week - Full time, Contract Worker Schedule Hours: normally 8-5
, M-F, Limited overtime may be required to meet contractual
obligations. Monday - Friday Job description: Using a computerized
system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center
environment. * Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using
standard scripts and procedures. * Gathers information, assesses
customer needs, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer
calls. * Provides clear and concise information about the status of
a claim or Medicaid member Enrolls/un-enrolls clients, and if
applicable everyone on the case by phone or paperwork with a
provider. Acts as an advocate for the Medicaid client or Provider.
* Educates clients about managed care access, rights and benefits
through outreach scripts. * Check voicemail and Fax routers. *
Complete required assigned training. * Track daily task for quality
review. * All other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Outgoing

confidently Ability to multi-task Ability to analyze new situations
and apply problem-solving skills Ability to relate to the customer
Ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to adapt to and
incorporate new technologies Ability to learn from past mistakes

conversational ability and call control Attention to detail Grammar
and spelling accuracy Suggested Skills: One year medical insurance
