The Acute Care Hospital Supervisor will be overseeing all aspects of the day shift at this 25 bed critical access hospital. This multi award winning Hospital has full medical and surgical services including urology, pediatrics, orthopedics, rehabilitation and dermatology. The Acute Care Nursing Supervisor will report to a tenured Chief Nursing Officer and work in collaboration with experienced managers and oversee a team of talented RN s, CNA s and LPN s. This position provides the Nursing Supervisor the opportunity to oversee and work in the Emergency Department, ICU, OB, Cath Lab, PACU, Med/Surg, Behavioral Health units. The Acute Care Nursing Supervisor will manage functions of the hospital including staffing, administrative duties, patient care coordination and developing continuous education opportunities for staff. Collaboration with department leaders and hospital administration will be a large part of the Acute Care Supervisor's role. An RN with an active Montana license and acute care leadership experience will surely make for a quick interview at this hospital.
