The Nurse Manager of Clinical Services will be overseeing all aspects of the day to day operations of the outpatient clinics for this critical access hospital. This multi award winning Hospital has clinics specializing in primary care, orthopedics, cardiology, oncology care, imaging services and many more. The Clinical Nursing Manager will report to a tenured Senior Director of Outpatient Clinics and work in collaboration with experienced supervisors and oversee a team of talented RN's, CNA's and LPN's.
Developing policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness will be a few of the responsibilities for the Clinical Nurse Manager. Strong leaders, who enjoy building and empowering their staff, providing continuous education and increasing staff satisfaction are encouraged to apply!
