  • Critical Care RN
  • Hospital with 36 licensed Inpatient Beds and 10 ICU beds. Expanding cardiac services, higher acuity patients and need Critical Care Trained Nurse. Permanent placement salary wage range negotiable.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Education and/or Experience Required:
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent And Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program
    • Knowledge: Advanced Nursing Principles and Procedures; Critical care, CVICU, and open heart experience preferred.
    • Skills: Use of basic office equipment, use of multiple IV pumps, ability to operate advanced medical equipment, including A- lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, patients requiring noninvasive and invasive ventilatory support, basic cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation.
    • Additional Experience and/or Qualifications: Recent Critical Care

      • Organizational Relationships:
      • Receives direction from: Providers, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, DON
      • Gives direction to: RN: LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, Dietary Staff
      • Works cooperatively with: Providers, Healthcare Professionals, and Allied Health Staff
      • Position Overview: The Medical Surgical/Progressive Care nurse will provide care to the hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients in a cardiac medical surgical unit. This includes providing physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural support to the patient.
