Job Description:
The Exam Proctor will serve as the examination proctor for
online and face-to-face courses at the College and will report to
the Testing Center Coordinator. This position must have exceptional
communication, organizational, and customer service skills. You
must have the ability to work alone. You will work closely with
faculty and students, in addition to the Disability Services Office
and eLearning staff. This Exam Proctor schedule closely follows
these hours: Monday: 1:00pm-5:00pm, Tuesday - Thursday:
2:00pm-7:00pm, Friday- Sunday: Off. Intersession and Holiday weeks
may slightly alter these hours. This is a 19-hour per week
position. A degree is not required for this position; however, due
to confidentiality requirements of this position, current students
of Great Falls College MSU will not be considered.Position Number:

OpenDuties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the Testing
Center Coordinator for all campus testing services, including
placement testing, online testing, face-to-face, accommodation
testing, professional testing, and all other external community
testing needs.
- Collaboration with other Departments: Work closely with
Faculty, Student Central Staff, Office of Accessibility, and
students. Follow directions and requirements that vary per
exam.
- Customer Service: Greet students and test candidates and help
with checking them in for appointments. Instruct each student and
candidate in the appropriate policies and procedures specific to
their exam and answer any questions they may have.
- Compliance: Guarantee strict compliance with campus and agency
regulations regarding secure handling of test site information.
Observe the testing lab to ensure compliance and appropriate
conduct of testing candidates and materials.Required Qualifications
- Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills including demonstrated skills
in working effectively with the public and a wide range of
constituents.
- Must be able to keep confidential records relating to test
material and candidate information.
- Knowledge of basic email and computer skills including
Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and basic computer
troubleshooting.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, to use initiative, and to
work with minimal supervision.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to
multi-task.Preferred Qualifications - Experience, Education,
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to take and follow directions.
- Previous work experience in an educational environment.The
Successful Candidate Will:
- Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter.

- Must be able to become certified and maintain all
certifications for multiple test sponsors.
- Must present and maintain a professional appearance.This job
